 Paarai meen pollichadhu / Kerala fish fry banana leaf

Let us start,.  

Ingredients for marination:-

Ginger Garlic paste- 2tsp
Pepper -2tsp
Garam masala -1tsp
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Salt-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice-1/2tsp 

All of the above ingredients  Mix well

Apply masala's all over the fish.

Add coconut oil 4tbsp,(fry fish on both side).

Ingredients for fish masala:-

Coconut oil-1tbsp
Mustard seeds-1tsp
Fenugreek seeds-1/4tsp
Green chillies-3(slit)
Curry leaves -few
Onion-1(chopped)
Ginger Garlic paste-1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Salt 
Add tomatoes-2nos(finely chopped)  
Mix well.

Cook until it becomes mushy. 
Add chopped coriander leaves.

Place some masala on the banana leaf, place the fried fish on top of the masala.

Cover the fish with another layer of masala.

Fold the banana leaf and cover it,and make a parcel.

Greece it with oil.

Cook the parcel for 2 to 3 minutes in medium heat.

Delicious paarai meen pollichadhu Ready.
