 Mudakathan Keerai Dosa Recipe/# Balloon vine dosa#. 

Ingredients:- 

Idli - dosa batter- 3 cups 

Mudakathan Keerai ( balloon vine) - 1 cup 

Mint leaves -1 cup 

Coriander leaves-  1 cup 

Green chillies - 3-4 no's 

Cumin seeds- 2tsp 

Salt - to taste 

Sesame oil - 3tsp  

How to prepare mudakathan Keerai Dosa batter:- 

1. Wash mudakathan Keerai ,mint leaves and coriander leaves well and take out the leaves.

2. Add it to a blender and add the mint & coriander leaves, cumin seeds and green chillies.

3. Add little water and blend to a smooth paste.

4. Take 3 cups of Idli- Dosa batter in a large bowl.

5. Add the ground mudakathan Keerai paste to the batter & mix well.

6. Add the required salt.

7. Now the batter is Ready.

How to prepare mudakathan dosa:- 

8. Heat the dosa tawa and greese it well with oil.

9. When the tawa is hot, pour a ladle full of batter on the tawa and spread it in circular motion.

10. Drizzle oil around the sides & middle of dosa.

11. Wait about 3minutes and flip the dosa to cook the other side.

12. After 2 minutes, remove and serve with Sambar (or) Chutney.
