Pazham pori/ Ethakka Appam/ Banana Fritters

Ingredients:-

Nendram Pazham-4
Maida/all purpose flour-3/4 cup
Rice flour-1/4 cup
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Sugar-5tsp
Cardamom-3 
Oil- to deep fry
Water-to need

Preparation:-

* Peel the skin and sliced the bananas into 3-4 pieces ( each bananas)

* In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and turmeric powder , cardamom and rice flour.

* Add enough water to make a thick batter.

* Heat oil in a pan.

* Dip the slices in the batter and drop in to the hot oil.

* Fry until both sides are yellowish brown.

* Serve hot with tea or coffee.
