JUMP RECIPE:
Curd rice is my favourite with tempering. To make it healthy, I
havefrom childhood and especially the one tried curd rice with little millet
(Samai). It turned out super tasty than our regular curd rice. Samai Millet is
good for stomach and cure mensuration related problems for ladies. It also helps
to reduce the body heat during summer when taken as curd rice. Lets check the

Ingredients:-
Little Millet/Samai -1/2 cup
Thick Curd-1cup
Milk-1/4 cup
Water-2cup
Salt -as required
To Temper:-
Oil-1tbsp
Mustard seeds-1tsp
Urad dal-1tsp
Curry leaves-1sprig
Green chillies/ Red Chillies-3slit
Chopped Ginger-2tsp
Instructions:-
1. Wash the Samai Rice in running water twice and two cups of water to it. Pressure cook it for three whistles in medium flame. Once Pressure releases,open and mash the cooked Samai Rice with a paddle. Let it cool down completely.
NOTES:-
*Add Chopped raw mango pieces, Pomegranate seedsanfvfried cashews and mix with curd rice, if you want.
Serve Chilled with cut mango pieces and Pickle,any variety of poriyal!! Tastes heavenly!!!
