Ingredients:-
* Apple -3nos
* Sugar - 1/2 cup
* Cashew nut - 10 nos
* Almond -10 nos
* Cardamom-2 ( or ) 3 nos
* Honey -2tbsp
* Milk - 1 cup
* Sliced almonds - 2tsp
* Chopped apple - 3tsp
* Ice cubes - 6-8 nos.
