Healthy Apple Smoothie

 Healthy Apple Smoothie/Weight loss food/ Healthy Breakfast Recipe 

Ingredients:- 

 * Apple -3nos 
 
 * Sugar - 1/2 cup 

 * Cashew nut - 10 nos 

 * Almond -10 nos 

 * Cardamom-2  ( or ) 3 nos 

 * Honey -2tbsp 

 * Milk - 1 cup 

 * Sliced almonds - 2tsp 

 * Chopped apple - 3tsp 

 * Ice cubes - 6-8 nos.

Method:- 

• Take 3 Apples.


• Peel of the apples 


•Transfer into blender.


• Add cardamom, Cashew & Honey.

• Add  milk, sugar.

• Blend well 

• Take a juice glass, Add chopped apples,  ice cubes & Smoothie.

• Finally add sliced almonds , top with chopped  apples.

•Healthy Apple Smoothie Ready to drink.
