FISH FRY

 Fish Fry:- 

Ingredients for marination:- 

* Fish -long size (sliced)  10 pieces 

* Chilli powder-2 tsp 

* Coriander powder- 2tsp 

* Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp 

* Cumin powder-1/2 tsp 

* Pepper powder-1/2 tsp 

* Salt - to taste 

* Lime juice- 2tbsp

* Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tbsp

* Gram flour-4 tsp 

* Oil - to shallow fry (pieces) 

* Curry leaves -few ( garnish)

* Big onion - 2sliced (garnish)

Fish marination process:- 

1. Take a mixing bowl,and add all the spices (chilli powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder),add lime juice - Mix well.

2. Add a few drops of water, oil,ginger garlic paste, salt,and gram flour stir until you get a thick paste.

3. Now apply this on the fish pieces using your fingers and wrap it up in a zip lock bag or put them in a bowl and cover it. 

4. Marinated for about 30 minutes, in the refrigerator.( Do not use freeze) must place them in a tray.

5. Then Remove from the refrigerator and set them aside until it comes back to room temperature.


Fish Fry Process:- 

6. Place a pan on flame & pour enough oil to shallow fry the pieces.

7. After it heats up place the fish pieces over the pan and switch the flame to low mode.

8. Cook for 2 minutes & flip the fishes
gently that you do not break them.

9. Fry other side 2-3 minutes and flip again on both sides.

10. Remove from the flame. Fry few curry leaves.

11. Serve hot.

12. Drizzle some lemon juice if you wish.
