Crispy fried kurkuri bhindi Recipe :-

Ingredients:- 

Lady finger/okra( bhindi) -. 250 GM's 

Coriander powder ( Dhania)-. 1tsp 

Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp 

Turmeric powder (Haldi)- 1/4 tsp

Cumin powder (jeera) - 1tsp 

Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp

Asafoetida (Hing) -1/2 tsp 

Salt - to taste 

Gram flour ( besan) -4 tbsp

Rice flour -2 tbsp 

Corn flour - 1 tbsp 

Curry leaves - few 

Oil - for deep frying 

How to make crispy fried kurkuri bhindi Recipe:- 

* To begin making crispy fried kurkuri bhindi Recipe, firstly wash bhindi throughly, dry them as much as possible with the help of kitchen towel, and trim the edges. 

* Slice vertically into thin strips. 

* Place the strips of bhindi into a large mixing bowl.

* Now sprinkle all the spices.

* Add Besan flour, Rice flour and Corn flour.
* Gently mix with a spoon or clean hands to coat it evenly.

* If needed, sprinkle a few drops of water and add more besan and rice flour. 

* Adding water may make the mixture a bit sticky.

* Do a taste test, and add more spices if needed.

* Heat oil for deep frying in a kadai.

* Deep fry until crisp and golden brown on medium high heat.

* Deep fry curry leaves for a few seconds until crisp.

* Serve hot, Spicy , Crispy golden brown bhindis , garnished with fried curry leaves.
