 Black channa chaat/ Healthy channa salad:- 



Ingredients:- 

Black channa- 1 cup 

Large onion-1 

Tomato-1

Lemon-1

Salt - to taste 

Chaat masala-1/2 tsp 

Cumin powder-1/2 tsp 

Pepper powder-1/2 tsp 

Tomato sauce-1tsp 

Coriander leaves- 1/4 cup 

How to prepare channa chat:- 


Let's start ,

* Wash and soak the channa dal over night on for 4-6 hours.

* Pressure cook with salt for 3whistles and 5 minutes in low flame.

* Let it cool down, add chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, lemon juice, cumin powder, pepper powder and little salt & tose it.

* Add chaat masala powder.

* Finally add lemon juice, tomato ketchup tose it once again.

* Serve the salad as it is Enjoy.
